Private lessons with Donna are available at her Los Angeles studio or via the internet. Each lesson is customized for the individual's fitness condition and personal goals based on the 7 components of movement. Private sessions may also include development of a home fitness program, evaluation of everyday activities such as walking, performance coaching, or ergonomic consultation.
Awareness of skilled movement techniques changes not only physicality, but personal ability, grace, self confidence, health and wellbeing. Regardless of gender, age, physical skill or limitations, skilled movement is a modality supported by scientific study and its benefits are quickly evident in your movement mastery and personal improvement.

Donna provides highly personalized instruction by keeping the class size at a maximum of 5 students. Classes consist of a sequence of very tiny movements culminating in an increased range of motion and greater degree of comfort for immediate and long term results. These are techniques that teach movement skills for a lifetime.
